Where do your products come from?▾
All our nuts and spices are sourced directly from farmers across Tamil Nadu. We visit farms personally to verify quality and build lasting relationships with the growers.
Are your products organic?▾
Many of our products are grown using organic practices. Products with official organic certification are labelled accordingly on the product page.
What is your return policy?▾
As all our products are food items packed fresh to order, we do not accept returns or offer refunds. If you receive a damaged or incorrect item, please contact us at hello@vanamaali.in within 48 hours of delivery with a photo and we will make it right.
Do you offer bulk / wholesale pricing?▾
Yes! We offer special pricing for orders above 5 kg. Use the Contact Us page to send us a wholesale inquiry.
How long does delivery take?▾
Metro cities: 2–3 business days. Tier-2 cities: 3–5 business days. Remote areas: up to 7 business days. All orders are prepaid — we do not offer cash on delivery (COD).
